ENTERTAINMENT: DISNEY PLUS

Disney+ is one of the well known and widely used streaming home app for movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic etc. In some international markets, it also includes the content from a general entertainment brand, Star. Disney Plus is a new streaming service launched by the American entertainment titan in November 2019, a little over two years after being announced. Disney first signalled an intention to move into the streaming market in 2016, by acquiring a minority stake in streaming technology developer BAM Tech. Disney Plus primarily generates money through subscription fees.
